Great question. The plastic that goes into making Loop Rings is sourced from our very own beaches here in Dorset. It’s all collected by us or Project Planet Earth, Oly’s charity. In fact, Oly and Lee met whilst doing a beach clean!

As environmentally friendly as we can possibly make them – otherwise, what would be the point?
The plastic is sourced and collected by us on Dorset beaches, we use a carefully selected packaging supplier which is all fully recyclable and FSC certified, and we offer a lifetime guarantee to ensure any broken rings don’t end up back in the ocean. That being said, we’ve tried breaking them and we’d be shocked (and maybe a tiny bit impressed) if you actually manage it.

If you somehow manage to break your Loop ring, simply pop the broken bits alongside your return address into an envelope and we’ll issue you a replacement ring right back.
Send your ring to:
Loop Rings
27 Poole Road, Upton, Dorset, BH16 5HX
You cover the postage, we’ll cover the new product. Simple!
-
If you’re not happy with your ring, ordered the wrong size or simply want to return, you can do so for 30 days from the day you received your Loop ring. Send your returns to:
Loop Rings
27 Poole Road, Upton, Dorset, BH16 5HX
And we’ll issue you a refund. We do recommend you send your return tracked – we all know what the UK postal service is like and we can only issue refunds when we’ve safely received the product back.

That would be Oly’s charity, Project Planet Earth! He set it up after encountering far more plastic pollution then he bargained for whilst out surfing. He’s since fundraised by doing some absolutely heroic non-stop swims around the Isle of Wight, Grand Cayman, and Ithaca.

Project Planet Earth is the charity that we donate 33% of our profits to. It’s Oly’s charity that he set up to raise awareness, educate young people and fundraise to reduce plastic pollution on beaches and in oceans.
